HELPFUL VOLUNTEER GUIDELINES
- All volunteers must complete a volunteer registration form.
- We think of our volunteers as fellow staff members. As such we ask our volunteers to behave and dress responsibly and appropriately when they are working with us.
- Youth Corp volunteers are welcome, but they must be 12-18 years old and able to perform the duties listed in the job description, and in many circumstances accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Please check in with KCB staff before your shift.
- Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before your shift so we can provide you with a name tag, sign you in and show you the ropes.
- If you are unable to attend, please call 816-931-2232 x1346, before noon or leave a message after noon at least 24 hours beforehand.
