Give the gift of dance! Gift certificates in the amount of $25.00 or more may be purchased year round and can be used for any performance on sale through Kansas City Ballet Box Office or any Kansas City Ballet product. Gift certificates are redeemable in person only at the Kansas City Ballet Box Office (located at 1616 Broadway, Kansas City, MO 64108). Certificates expire one year after purchase.

Each year Kansas City Ballet receives hundreds of requests from other non-profit organizations for ticket donations for their auctions and fundraising efforts. KCB will attempt to honor as many submissions as possible but, due to seat limitations, all requests may not be granted.
To apply for ticket vouchers :
Please fax or mail a ticket request letter on your organization's letterhead to 816-471-1314, Attn: Brenda Crowe, or mail the request to:

Ticket vouchers will be valid for these 08-09 performances:
Fall Performance - Saturday, October 11, 2008, 2:00 p.m.
Winter Performance – Saturday, February 21, 2009, 2:00 p.m.
Spring Performance - Saturday, May 9, 2009, 2:00 p.m.
Important to know…
In your letter please include complete information about your event or auction. Only those organizations who actually receive ticket donations from KCB will be contacted. Organizations that receive ticket donations will receive a letter with the ticket value for their auction book. Please do not call or email KCB asking about the status of your ticket request.
