For those serious about ballet instruction, come spend your summer with Kansas City Ballet.

The four-week Kansas City program offers its students a highly concentrated curriculum in the Kansas City Ballet downtown campus. Artistic staff and school faculty of Kansas City Ballet combine to create one of the best summer intensive offerings in the country. Come and train in a professional company and school atmosphere. KANSAS CITY SUMMER INTENSIVE AND REGULAR SUMMER PROGRAMS AT PRAIRIE VILLAGE CAMPUS
June 8 - July 31, 2009

The Summer Intensive experience for younger students will be offered at Prairie Village this summer in a convenient morning schedule. Multiple ballet technique classes in combination with various other dance styles enable students to make progress more quickly. Division III will include jazz, pre-pointe and stretch classes. Ballet classes in Division III will have live piano accompaniment.

The regular summer program allows students to continue their dance training through the summer months at a relaxed pace. Students will progress through the Kansas City Ballet School curriculum in the same approach used in the academic calendar. Check back for more information.
