Stefani Schrimpf Ms. Schrimpf began studying ballet in her hometown of Jefferson City, Missouri. At the age of 15, she was offered a full scholarship to study at the Harid Conservatory. After graduating, she spent one year in the pre-professional division with BalletMet. Before joining Kansas City Ballet, she danced professionally with Cleveland/San Jose Ballet. Ms. Schrimpf’s most memorable roles include Myrtha in Giselle, Concerto Barocco, the Kaddish solo and Lento a Tempo e Appassionato. In addition to being a teacher with Kansas City Ballet School, Ms. Schrimpf is an instructor and owner of Physiques, a Pilates and GYROTONIC® studio. She is in her 11th season with Kansas City Ballet.
